OK, after two months of sickness and then inactivity, I gained a little bit of the weight I lost back.  Not a HUGE amount, but enough for me to notice and say "NOT ACCEPTABLE." 
So I decided to start working out again and made a rule to go three times last week--which I followed.  I'm also trying to cut back the unhealthy stuff--not doing AS well on that, but it's getting better.
I'm down a pound and a half from last Saturday!  Woo hoo! :)
