Walk

Gus and I just went for a walk through the neighborhood. Not too long, but I think it's... .8 miles. probably should have done it twice, but didn't.

Anyway, we met some new neighbors at the end of the road. A married couple with two little boys. They looked like they were about my age--MAYBE up to early 30s. They were very nice and both boys were very energetic--one was 6, the other... maybe 2 or 3. I hope I get an opportunity to meet them again. it would be nice to get to know them.

When I move I want to do things to get to know my neighborhood. I'd like to have barbeques and get togethers and easter egg hunts and things. a Christmas celebration. Not to proselytize, but just to show love and life.
