I'm a homeowner!!!!! Well, I'm a homeowner when all the paperwork goes through, etc. etc. etc. I'm completely amazed... I paid well over what they were asking for, but well UNDER what it was worth. Especially in this market. It's crazy.
It's 2 beds, 2.5 baths...... the kitchen is super cute. I'm SO excited! :)

Thanks! Of course... *I* don't even have pictures. It's a mess right now, can't wait to get started cleaning it up. I'll probably be in around Christmas time.
